This position will be responsible for running mechanical punch presses ranging from 10
tons to 150 tons. A punch press operator ensures their machines are working at full
capacity, are stocked with needed materials, well-maintained and perform periodic
checks on output. They look at the finished product to ensure it is defect-free and ready
for the next step in production. Winco Stamping incorporates a tiered program in which
machine operators have the opportunity for growth based on performance and meeting
key metrics. Winco Stamping incorporates two straight 8 hour shifts with a paid lunch.
Candidates will be applying for one of two shifts; 4 am – 12 pm or 8 am – 4 pm.

Operates production equipment to produce products in accordance with
Produces assigned products in accordance with verbal and written instructions.
Records quantity of parts produced for each job.</li
Inspects parts at machine using gages when applicable.
Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning
tools to designated areas.
Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety
Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or
Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Oral Communication Skills

Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and general
High School Diploma or GED
Prior manufacturing experience
